Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BloxChase collects, why we use it, how reward and survey partners interact with your account, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 19, 2026

1. Who we are

BloxChase is an independent online rewards platform available at bloxchase.com. For questions about this policy, privacy requests, or account data, contact [email protected].

Roblox notice: BloxChase is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. We never ask for your Roblox password or Roblox authentication cookie.

2. Age requirements

BloxChase is intended for people who are 13 years of age or older. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission for a minor to use an online rewards service, you must have that permission before using BloxChase.

Third-party surveys and offers may have additional age, country, device, or eligibility requirements. You must meet the requirements shown by the provider before participating.

3. Information we collect

Account and identity information

  • BloxChase username and internal account ID.
  • Roblox username, Roblox user ID, public avatar, and other public Roblox profile information used to connect or verify a profile.
  • Email address when you register with email or connect one to your account.
  • Google account identifier, verified email, name, and profile picture when you choose Google Sign-In.

Technical and security information

  • IP address, approximate country/region, browser, operating system, device type, and user agent.
  • Session cookies, trusted-device identifiers, login/security events, and anti-abuse signals.
  • Risk indicators such as repeated accounts, unusual traffic patterns, VPN/proxy indicators where available, and other information reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.

Rewards and activity information

  • Offerwall and survey visits, provider/session identifiers, conversion IDs, reward amounts, reversals, and transaction status.
  • Internal balance, pending rewards, redemption and withdrawal history, referral activity, ranks, levels, streaks, and promocode activity.
  • Support tickets, public chat messages, moderation history, and information you voluntarily send to support.
  • First-party product analytics such as page views, clicked navigation/control labels, page duration, page-load timing and browser resource/JavaScript error codes. We do not record form field values or chat message text in this analytics stream.

4. Surveys, offers and third-party partners

BloxChase works with independent reward, advertising, survey, authentication, infrastructure, security, and payout providers. Current reward partners may include TheoremReach, ayeT Studios, and OGAds.

When you open a partner wall, we may pass a pseudonymous BloxChase user ID, session/transaction ID, IP or country context, and other attribution information needed to identify your session and credit a valid reward.

Survey and offer providers may independently collect device information, advertising identifiers, demographic information, survey responses, eligibility information, or other information that you submit directly to them. Their collection and use is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. BloxChase generally receives transaction and reward information needed for attribution rather than the full answers you provide inside an independent survey.

5. How we use information

  • Create, authenticate, secure, and maintain accounts.
  • Connect public Roblox profiles and display account information.
  • Show eligible surveys/offers and attribute completed transactions to the correct user.
  • Credit rewards, enforce provider validation rules, and process available redemption methods.
  • Prevent duplicate accounts, bots, callback manipulation, fraudulent conversions, chargeback abuse, VPN/proxy abuse, and other misuse.
  • Operate chat, support, referrals, ranks, notifications, and other site features.
  • Measure performance, troubleshoot errors, improve BloxChase, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

6. Cookies and device storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage for essential functions including login sessions, CSRF protection, preferences, trusted-device status, referral attribution, and security. Deleting essential cookies may sign you out or cause a device to stop being recognized as trusted.

Independent partners embedded or opened through BloxChase may use their own cookies or device technologies under their own policies.

7. Legal bases where GDPR applies

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process personal information as necessary to perform our agreement with you, based on your consent where required, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention, service operation, and improvement. We balance those interests against your privacy rights.

8. When we share information

We may share only the information reasonably needed with reward/survey partners, authentication providers, hosting and security providers, payment or fulfillment services, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Where applicable privacy law treats certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a separate category of “sharing,” eligible users may contact us to exercise applicable rights.

9. Public information

Some account information is intentionally visible to other BloxChase users, such as your username, public Roblox avatar, rank, level, selected progression information, leaderboard position, and messages you post publicly in chat. Email addresses, IP addresses, trusted-device information, and private security data are not intended to be public.

10. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide account history, resolve disputes, detect fraud, handle reversals, comply with legal obligations, and protect BloxChase and its users. Some transaction, security, or anti-fraud records may be retained after account closure where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secured sessions, CSRF protection, rate limits, server-side callback validation, trusted-device controls, and access restrictions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your email, Google account, devices, and any BloxChase credentials.

12. International processing

BloxChase and its service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to support lawful international transfers and appropriate protection of personal information.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.

California residents may also have rights to know, correct, or delete covered personal information and to opt out of qualifying sale or sharing where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the relevant BloxChase account before completing a request.

14. Children

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create BloxChase accounts. If we reasonably determine that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may close the account and delete or restrict associated personal information as appropriate.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when BloxChase changes or when legal requirements evolve. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required for a material change.
